Product Description
The FR-AV2 is a compact two-channel field recorder that offers high-resolution audio capture and integrated timecode features. It records with dual AD converters at sampling rates up to 192 kHz and supports a 32-bit float resolution, delivering a wide dynamic range and flexible post-processing. Two XLR/TRS microphone/line combo inputs allow for versatile connectivity, and the unit can receive and send timecode (LTC) to synchronize with video cameras. The design is Tentacle-ready for post-production workflows and can wirelessly sync timecode with Atomos products. An optional AK-BT2 enables Bluetooth audio monitoring. The Tascam Recorder Connect app provides centralized management for multiple FR-AV2 units as well as DR-10L Pro devices.
